What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

WE DO NOT charge for shipping within the continental US. UPS Ground is Standard Shipping. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, we will charge a $25 fee. All other regions and countries around the world, we charge $30. Shipping will arrive via DHL

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less the shipping charges.) Returned items MUST be in unworn, original condition. We will not accept returned items that have been washed, altered, damaged or hemmed. Returns are processed within 3 business days after your returned merchandise is received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Square / PayPal) . Any Sale or Marked Down items are FINAL SALE and we are unable to offer price adjustments on any previous orders.

Custom Orders are non-refundable.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All major credit cards are accepted.  Paypal is also accepted.

How long will delivery take?

Typically your order will be processed within 3 business days and and will ship via UPS Ground, which could take up to 5 days, depending on where you live in the country.  We are able to expedite your order for a $25 fee.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an automated order confirmation upon ordering.  You will also receive a personalized email from someone on our team who can keep you informed of your order status and ETD.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Typically your Order Confirmation will serve as an invoice for your records.  However, If you need an invoice from us, we can furnish one no problem.
